Do I need to watch the videos on specific days / times?
Nope! You will have immediate access to all video teachings upon registration. Follow the checklist and watch them on your own scheule with your favorite smoothie, during a long bubble bath or while hiding from your kids in the bathroom, and ask questions or share what struck you most in the private FB community.
How much time do I need to commit?
